The digital files can be downloaded free of charge when you buy the CD. It's perfect if you want to stream the music to your devices or share it with family and friends.
Just send us an email at ozwecare@silverballoon.com You'll need to attach an image of the CD so that we know you've already bought one (and so that we get the correct name and album).
We'll send you the download link within 48 hours (and generally much sooner).
We generally dispatch within 24 hours or on the next business day. All orders are sent by Australia Post. Allow 2-3 days for delivery and perhaps a little longer for regional or remote areas.
We charge flat rate postage of $3.00 to all destinations in Australia, regardless of how many CDs you order.
We can also offer Australia Post guaranteed next business day to most Australian destinations for $12. Remote and rural areas may take an additional day. You will be offered this option during checkout. NB: If you order after business hours on a Friday your CD will be dispatched when we reopen on Monday, for arrival on Tuesday, if you select the express option.

Yes we can send them anywhere in the world. The flat rate to New Zealand is $5.00 and to the rest of the world it is $9.00. Orders to the UK are charged at a flat rate of $3.00 (they are dispatched from our studios in Northamptonshire and generally arrive within 48 hours). For orders to other overseas destinations, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Your order is packed in a bubble wrap mailer and should fit easily into a standard mailbox; no signature is required
Yes, we offer a lovely gift-wrap option: a purpose-made CD box with a card and the opportunity to write a personal message (of around Twitter length works perfectly!). It costs an extra $5.95 but is well worth it, particularly if you are sending directly to the recipient.
Yes. We will still need your address to confirm credit card details but you can select a shipping address anywhere in the world.
